COPY DVD TO HARD DRIVEYou want to know how to copy DVD to hard drive? I will show you how.
Hi, this is Dredd. When you have the DVD files on your hard drive, you can make as many copies as you want from it. You can then also convert the DVD files to other formats, for example, a DivX (AVI) movie. Let me show you how to do it. DVD5 & DVD9 DISCSBefore we continue to copy DVD to hard drive, I want you to know this:
HOW TO COPY DVD TO HARD DRIVEWe are going to use the free version of DVDFab. You can download it from here.
The Full Disc includes: ► The main movie ► Menu's ► Trailers ► All languages ► All subtitles With the full disc option your movie will be exactly like the original DVD. The full disc option will usually require a DVD9 disc to copy the files onto, or if you want to use a DVD5 disc - it will most likely need compression. It depends on the movie, some movies are large (in file size) and others are smaller. Do not worry if the files need compression. Just do it a few times and you will quickly see what I mean. The Main Movie includes: ► Only the main movie This means, when you put your DVD (which you have copied using the main movie option) into your DVD player (PC or TV), the movie will immediately start playing. There will be no menu or anything else, just the movie. Between the 2 options (full disc and main movie), I prefer the main movie option. The main movie option takes out all the unwanted stuff. You can still add other languages and subtitles if you want. The file size of your movie will be smaller than the full disc option and your movie will usually fit onto a DVD5 disc without compression. If it needs a little bit of compression, do not worry. The main movie option is also great if you want to convert your DVD movie to AVI (DivX).
