Open Microsoft Word 2007
by clicking on START select PROGRAMS and choose MICROSOFT
OFFICE and then select MICROSOFT OFFICE WORD 2007.
This will open Word and automatically have a new document ready for use. |

First you'll have to turn the layout of your page from Portrait to Landscape, and resize your
margins. Otherwise, when you print DVD cover, they won't
fit on the page. You'll also have to make sure that your paper size is on A4 if you
are using cm, and Letter if you are using inches. Click on PAGE LAYOUT
tab (Marked as "1") at the top of the window.
Click on the MARGINS
button (Marked as "2") and select CUSTOM MARGINS. |

From the Margins group
(Marked as “3”), change all four the margins, (top, bottom, left and right)
to 1cm / 0.13” each. From the Orientation (Marked as “4”) option box,
select LANDSCAPE.
Click on the PAPER tab (Marked as “5”) and
change your paper size to Letter or A4.
Click OK.
If you get a message
after clicking on OK, click FIX, and click OK again. |

To insert the cover that
you have downloaded onto your page, click the INSERT tab (Marked as
“6”) and then click on the PICTURE button. (Marked as “7”). This will
open the Insert Picture dialog box. |

From the “Look In”
dropdown list box, click on the folder where your downloaded cover is. Click on the cover’s filename that you want to use, and click INSERT. The image will be placed on your document, ready for use. |

To resize the image,
RIGHT CLICK on the image and select SIZE. This will open the
Format Picture dialog box. |

Click on the SIZE
(Marked as “8”) tab at the top of the window. Deselect (remove the check
mark) Lock Aspect Ratio (Marked as “9”). Enter the following values
in the Height and Width text boxes (Marked as “10”):
HEIGHT : 18.3cm / 7.205"
WIDTH : 27.3cm / 10.748"
Click CLOSE. |

To see what the cover
will look like when you print DVD cover, click the OFFICE button
(Marked as “11”) at the top left of the window then move your mouse pointer
over PRINT and then click on PRINT PREVIEW. In the Print
Preview window, you will also see if the cover fits on the page or not. |

When you’re done
previewing your page, click on the CLOSE PRINT PREVIEW button (Marked
as “12”), top right. Closing Print Preview will take you back to normal
view of your document. |

To print DVD cover click
on the OFFICE button (Marked as “11”) at the top left of the window
and then click on PRINT. Make sure your printing options are
correct and then click OK. |

To save the file, click
on the OFFICE button (Marked as “11”) at the top left of the window
and then click on SAVE AS. In the Save In drop-down list box, select
the location to where you want to save your file. In the File Name text
box, type the name of your DVD cover or any other name that you want to save
it as. Once you’re done, click the SAVE button. |

After you have print DVD cover, cut it out and gently slide it between the
plastic cover and hard inner of your DVD case. |
